Was chuck at Marco's Pizza a mag?

What bwilsonscuba dislikes about Marco's Pizza:
After being told it will be 45 minutes after placing order on the phone. I arrive 10 minutes late for them to tell me it will be another 30 minutes. The guy behind the counter said something under his breath when I didn't leave a tip, so I felt obligated to leave one after that. My first time coming here. Waited over an hour and a half still wasn’t even picked up! Last order was very late and was cold. Very disappointed! Usually I get an order within 30 minutes. It was early way before supper time so no excuse. Service: Delivery Food: 5 Service: 1

Today me and my assistant manager went to get pizza for our crew and I must say Ms Cathy with her uplifting spirit along with her crew made our experience such a wonderful experience the fact that the place was clean , when orders was ready they called me by my name made me know that they care about their customers they was super friendly and the greeting period was super fast I will definitely be bringing my business back to this location with out a doubt

Please don't waste your time at this place. I placed my order at 5:00 PM with a wait time of 20 minutes, only to get there and the order was never placed. I spoke with the manager on duty, and he had the nastiest attitude ever. I will never patronize their establishment ever again. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner
