The quinoa salad is vegan, just make sure to ask for no onion if you don't like large pieces of red onion. They also offer a vegan risotto that may remind locals of the flavor and texture of MannaPack from Feed My Starving Children, with added mushrooms and sliced carrots. While the flavor is good, it can become repetitive after a few bites. Unfortunately, there is no vegan dessert available, which is disappointing. It would be more inclusive to offer a vegan dessert that everyone could enjoy.

We ate there but left incredibly hungry because the sandwich had only one thin piece of meat that was cut into two pieces, the entire sandwich was the size of a... read more We ate there but left incredibly hungry because the sandwich had only one thin piece of meat that was cut into two pieces, the entire sandwich was the size of a 'meal ' for a five year old, and the thin little sweet potato chips came in a tiny container that sauce comes in. Two sandwiches and two beverages came to around $70. That 's alot when leaving hungry and having to eat when we returned home.Since the server gave a snide reply after stating that we had been charged incorrectly for an upcharge that was never mentioned to us and should not have been on the bill, we were quite surprised. To give them a chance to make things right, I called the general manager (possibly the managing partner/co-owner), Bruce, and told him I was calling him before doing a Review online. He denied what we had received (our memory of it and the photo prove what we had), lashed out, was condescending, kept interrupting me, and hung up the phone while speaking to him and asking him not to interrupt.How a person at a business handles a problem, is very telling. His actions told us to never return. Months ago I went there with a client who likes every restaurant, every bit of food, and every beverage. Never does he complain yet he absolutely will not return to Hardware restaurant no matter how hard I tried to convince him in the past. That certainly says a great deal.
