Gray's Cafe - Ault
Gray's Cafe
Description
Tucked in Ault, Colorado, this rustic diner serves generous, home-cooked breakfasts—tender biscuits, standout cinnamon rolls, hearty omelets—and strong coffee with warm, friendly service. Its small-town charm and hearty portions make it a favorite for road-trippers and locals, though execution can be uneven: some meals are dry or bland, and hours/availability have been unpredictable. Come for comfort food and hospitality, but expect occasional inconsistency and the possibility of unexpected closures.

What a great place to go and get a real good meal..the service is fantastic and the clientele is very common..I would recommend this place to everyone.
Shooting range, NRA, wild west or quaint Cafe? Hard to tell! More images of violence than food with taste. Burnt eggs, dirty walls and bland flavors. But yeehaw 2nd Amendment murrrrica.
Great food, good price. It's busy on a weekend morning which is always a good sign in a small town.
Ordered breakfast to go. Kitchen did not disappoint! Ordered the French Toast, was cooked and ready to go within minutes. Got home and because it held its temperature in the to-go box, it tasted wonderfully. A bunch of different options, and being relatively new to town just means I’ll be going back to try more!
