Description

Create has garnered a mix of commendations and critiques, establishing itself as a popular choice for health-conscious diners. Highlights include fresh salads and the notable Peter Luger burger, praised for its exceptional flavor. However, some dishes, like the steak sandwich, have faced criticism for poor quality meat. While the atmosphere caters to a fast-casual experience, patrons have noted inconsistencies in portion sizes and ingredient quality, especially with takeout. Overall, Create offers a solid selection of affordable, healthy options, though attention to detail and customer service could enhance the experience further. Consider visiting for a fresh, satisfying meal.

The sandwich was drowned in ketchup with just a hint of egg. It was so messy that I couldn't even eat my breakfast sandwich. I feel like I wasted over $8 on this. Now I'm left feeling disappointed and still hungry.

The wraps were delicious but slightly too salty. The presentation and freshness were good overall.

I have been going to this place for years. I should have left a bad review a long time ago. I would be lying if I said the food wasn’t great. But, their customer service is absolutely HORRIFICALLY TERRIBLE!!!! They are not nice at best and at worst they can be nasty. Then to top it off the food portions are very inconsistent. You can get a small light plate for $24 or decent heavier plate for $24. Honestly, it is a roll of a dice. The one thing that is consistent, is their terrible customer service! My family and I used to regularly buy food from this place while we lived in the area. The male staff have never been particularly welcoming, polite, or kind, but we kept returning because the food was relatively healthy. However, their treatment of customers is completely unacceptable. If I owned the place, I would either let half of them go or invest heavily in customer service training. A smile or a kind hello goes a long way. The reason I’m writing this review today is that I’ve had enough. In addition to the rude staff, the food portions are inconsistent. We paid extra for additional meat, but the portion was the same as a regular one. Which we had the other day. When we pointed this out, the employee argued with us. Not only was the food served in a smaller bowl, which clearly indicated a smaller amount, but he also treated us poorly. We’ve been loyal customers for years, but this was the last straw. I’d rather spend my money at Cava, where I actually get what I pay for. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
