The waiters showed such rudeness that it spoiled the entire atmosphere, completely ruining our evening. Not only was the food tasteless, but it was nowhere near the standard we expected. It seemed as if the kitchen had neglected any care and attention to detail. Our anticipation of a lakeside dining experience was thoroughly dashed. The lack of organization and incompetence of the management were obvious. It seemed like they couldn't coordinate even basic operations, resulting in disastrous service. The fact that our complaints were not adequately responded to only added to our anger. After this disastrous experience we can safely say we will never go to this restaurant again. It's unfortunate that we have to say it so clearly, but we won't recommend it to our friends either. The combination of rude staff, tasteless food and incompetent management has left us so angry that we will be looking for alternative dining options on the lake. Hoping that management will learn from this criticism and make much-needed improvements. Our disappointment and anger can hardly be expressed in words. 1 star? Already too much.
