The owner's behaviour was very good when he took our order. The food was also good. But the problem lies in Miss Management. We ordered Tandoori Roti, Kulcha, P... read more The owner's behaviour was very good when he took our order. The food was also good. But the problem lies in Miss Management. We ordered Tandoori Roti, Kulcha, Paneer and chicken items. It took around 50mins to get the order delivered, after we found that our orders were being served to others. When we started questioning about the same the waiters were unaware about our orders even after asking multiple times about our order status. We ordered at around 2:50pm and received the order at 3:40pm. The craziest part is neither it was a festival day nor it was crowded with customers. And the saddest part was the Owner while receiving the payment was not even keeping an eye contact. It was funny and we kept on thinking that is it the same person whom we found to be very jolly in the beginning. So my request for whoever goes here, please order veg thaali which I found to be famous here. Also, give the order to the waiters.
