I received an order, but two items were missing. When I called the restaurant, they claimed they don’t use DoorDash, which is ironic because my order was delivered by DoorDash just five minutes prior. After that, the employee abruptly hung up on me without providing any proper explanation. I really dislike this place; they need to improve. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had!
Doesn't answer calls and they hang the phone.
I recently tried the Spicy Chicken Pizza, and it was one of the worst experiences I've had with pizza. The crust was burnt, incredibly hard, and had a rubbery texture. The cheese was also burnt, and overall, the quality was just disappointing. Nothing tasted fresh, not even the chicken. On a positive note, the store itself was very clean. I considered giving them another chance, thinking this might have just been a one-time issue, but after a phone call to the store, I've decided against it. When I spoke to a staff member about our pizza, she explained that the dark cheese was due to chili flakes. Either way, we won’t be returning. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.
