My husband brought home KFC today, and I typically enjoy their food, but not this time! We ordered two meals, and I couldn't tell when the chicken had been cooked; it looked like it had been refried and was almost burnt, dry, and brown. It definitely should not have been served like that—I’m sure they were aware of it! I won’t be going back again.
The food was served cold, and I was informed that we should have arrived earlier when it was still hot.
They wouldn't make a potato bowl without chicken, saying it's against the policy set by the manager. That's such an odd rule.
The orders are consistently accurate, and the food is always fresh. The spicy chicken sandwich was juicy and served warm, which I really appreciated.
None of the sauces I ordered were included, but the food was tasty and still hot.
