I 've worked in the area for 4 years and am surprised I 've never heard of this place before. Visited for the first time today and the waitress was very nice. W... read more I 've worked in the area for 4 years and am surprised I 've never heard of this place before. Visited for the first time today and the waitress was very nice. When searching Google for restaurants in the area it does not show Rick 's in the search results. I only found the place because I searched Google Maps for sandwich . I 'm usually looking for a quick bite on my lunch break, so this place would be even better if it were a bit quicker. The Order Now button on the website doesn 't work. I 'll try calling in my order next time. If I could make a suggestion, during lunch hours it might make more sense to take customers ' orders at the front and then call their name or what not rather than a formal sit down service and having to wait for the bill. Some search engine optimization might help others find this place too. Overall, great food and friendly service!

Too bad because we really tried to give it a go with the new owner.The new owner is really nice and we do like everyone who works there and wish them the best ofluck, wish they would put more effort into the quality of food and maybe we would return. Get the old owner back to try the foodand get some hints.
