Dreadful , did an online order , was told delivery be 4 to 5 pm , then was texted it be 545 , then another fir 715 pm , 840 pm I phoned customer help to be info... read more Dreadful , did an online order , was told delivery be 4 to 5 pm , then was texted it be 545 , then another fir 715 pm , 840 pm I phoned customer help to be informed oh your orders cancelled , oh really why’s that I asked , technical issues , what does that even mean , have all the vans broke down .now have to wait 3 to 5 days fir a refund and no offer of a delivery from them today as a way of saying sorry , appalling service

When a quieter seat became available, I moved so that my friend, who wears hearing aids, could hear better. An assistant approached me and said that I couldn't reserve a seat because I hadn't been served yet. I explained that my friend was currently being served at the counter. The assistant walked away in a not very friendly manner.

We inquired about having... read more I decided to visit the Montrose Tesco this week, thinking that on a rainy day it would be a good idea to have lunch while in the store. We inquired about having brunch but were told rather abruptly that there were no eggs available. Disappointed by the response, we promptly turned around and left. I do not plan on dining at the Tesco cafe again.
