I even ended up watching a 20-minute TV show on my phone while waiting in the drive-thru. If I wanted such slow service, I would have gone to a sit-down restaurant instead of a drive-thru. This isn't the first time I've had a disappointing experience at a Spangles, but it will definitely be my last. I won’t be returning to any location since my previous negative experiences have been at other branches as well.

It is extremely frustrating to be the only vehicle in line and t... read more Went thru the drive thru on Monday Oct. 17th, 2022 after my class for a later than normal meal. It is extremely frustrating to be the only vehicle in line and to receive a sloppy sandwich, cold fries and messy Reese?s shake. Which by the way got all overmy car because the cup had a hole in it. This was the first time I have been to this location and frankly I don?t for seereturning due to the lack of customer service and their food service experience. Shame on you guys. The fact that the cook fromthe back peeked up front to see if I kept my cold fries was ridiculous. Wish I could get a refund for food that went to thetrash. Check your food before you leave and make sure it?s fresh!
