Pizza Hut - Anderson

If your looking for the BEST pizza in Anderson you need to go to the Pizza Hut at the Payless plaza on Satterfield! Excellent Pizza and outstanding customer service! It's totally worth the drive. IT'S BACK....You have to try the Detroit style pizza ? IT'S EXCELLENT..THANK YOU PIZZA HUT FOR BRINGING IT BACK.

Not very customer service oriented. The two cheapest items in my order were forgotten, the manager, I'm assuming, or the person explaining refund/credit policy, tried to convince me I did receive my items, when I clearly did not, was very rude and clearly in the wrong position(I'm not sure what that is since he didn't introduce himself).

I love this Pizza Hut on Scatterfield and Cross St. I order online and use the pick up window. The pizza is always hot and I get a phone call if something is wrong with the order.

Ordered pizza and was told it would take 40 minutes. I sat in the front room waiting at 30 minutes and waited another 30 when I had my mom call asking where it was. The delivery driver said she knocked, but no one answered. She decided to leave the pizza on the ground rather than call us. So for 30 minutes the pizza was sitting on the ground, outside. I find it and its covered in ants. We call to replace it and they say we have to give them the first pizza to make sure we didn't eat it and were lying. They are free to have the ant covered pizza if they wanted, but the second delivery person decided to not take it for obvious reasons. Oh, and the replacement left out part of our order. Don't get pizza here. The 53rd St. Pizza Hut is way better and more professional.

They've had long time managers like Talitha and April but we cannot buy popular wing street wings because you will not get your equipment working. It's been broken for months. No wonder pizza hut's are fading. Bad management! If I could do negative stars I would.
