Didn?t even have chance to order and customer service is little rude... read more This place is next block with my hotel and decided to try to see how good is the sandwich. Didn?t even have chance to order and customer service is little rude maybe there busy or they just don?t care. Hopefully management but more people working here friendlier.

I came here on a... read more I'm actually reviewing this place as a Doordash driver. I'm writing this review bc I don't think the employees are treated right by management. I came here on a Saturday night, and they only had 2 workers. They looked extremely tired, and had SO many customers coming in. I waited a very long time to pick up my food (which I understand, bc they only had 2 workers). Do they even get breaks? What happens if one worker takes a break? The one girl was constantly slicing meat, and the other one constantly making sandwiches. They worked so fast, and looked so stressed, I honestly worried about their safety. The workers were still extremely nice btw....if one of them reads this, I hope they might consider looking for a better job, that treats them better

The guy that took our order used his plastic gloves to write down our order then cut the meat for our subs. Wasn?t impressed with that at all. Sadly he seemed like the guy that was training others, he maybe should learn food safety before he teaches others. He also wasn?t very friendly and was annoyed that I changed my choice in sub right after I ordered. He didn?t even cut anything for mine yet, and he still seemed annoyed. The rest of the staff seemed pleasant.

Got their big kahuna cheesesteak with rosemary Parm... read more Located in a busy mall strip next to habit and Yogurtland. Came around lunch time and parking can be hectic. Got their big kahuna cheesesteak with rosemary Parmesan bread. This was so tasty and satisfying. We also tried their buffalo chicken cheesesteak. This wasn't as impressive as their big kahuna but still good. Take note u can get these sandwiches low carb by making it as a salad bowl. Prices are reasonable and staff here are nice
