Feedback
Choco Fruit, nestled within Little Arabia, offers a diverse menu of desserts including waffles, crepes, and coffee. While many patrons rave about the high-quality ingredients and artistic presentation of the desserts, such as the decadent dulce de leche waffle and fresh fruit crepes, others express disappointment in service and food consistency. The ambiance, marred by the presence of hookah, may not be ideal for everyone. Despite mixed reviews, the café's bustling atmosphere and dedicated staff shine, making it a worthwhile stop for dessert enthusiasts looking to satisfy their sweet cravings post-dinner.
This place is amazing. It was my friend and I's first time going to this place. We had low expectation as at first because there ain't much of a review or picture of the place. We were happily surprised because they had a huge assortment of crepes and options to customize it as well. I got the triple berry crepe and it was so good. I wish it had the sauce and berries inside the crepe but over all it was pretty good. The prices were somewhat high the crepe I got was 10$ and I felt it was a bit too much but overall it was a good experience.
Was searching for a late night dessert option when we stumbled on Choco Fruit! The dessert cafe is located inside the Little Arabia restaurant. They offer a variety of crepes, waffles, and coffees. We decided to try their nutella fruit crepe with the ice cream add-on. The crepe was filled with generous amounts of strawberries and bananas. However, the crepe itself was too chewy and hard to cut with a knife. The ice cream was also too icy and had small ice pieces. Sadly, our experience was below average.
Choco Fruit is located inside the Little Arabia restaurant. I stopped by with a bunch of friends after dinner to get some coffee and dessert. They have waffles, crepes, coffee and teas. I went with the dulce de leche waffle. Dulce De Leche Waffle 11.50) This decadent dessert came with sweetened milk chocolate, drizzled with Belgian milk chocolate and was garnished with Lotus cookie crumbles, and was finally topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The waffle was a little soft but tasted amazing, especially with all that super sweet chocolate poured all over it. I sampled some of my friends' crepes, and while they were good, I definitely preferred the waffle. Overall, I was really impressed with the desserts here. They are beautiful works of art and the usage of high quality European chocolates puts these desserts over the top! It definitely satisfied my sweet tooth and is the perfect spot to stop by after dinner elsewhere.
Paid $20 for 10 MINI pancakes, they were not good at all! Base tasted like water. I got a crepe and it was very rubbery. Waited 30 minutes for cold crepe and cold pancakes. Drenched my crepe and pancakes in Nutella yuck. Would much rather support my localmichoacana?
We showed up to this place at 11:25pm and one of the employees was outside with his pals revving their car engines. When he saw us walking up, he power walked over to the restaurant, grabbed their outdoor menu sign, and put it inside. He then closed thedoors! He then told us they were closed. They didn?t close until 12. I guess he didn?t want to work and wanted to play instead. What a horrible business to not serve their customers with curtesy and respect. We are visitors from out of town and we will notgive this place a try again. From looking at the other reviews, it was a blessing in disguise.
