The choice on the menu was extensi... read more Eight of us had lunch here today and so glad we found this restaurant. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and efficient. The choice on the menu was extensive. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. We all chose different things but I have to say the steak was cooked to perfection and just how I like it. Ingredients fresh and sauces tasty. The owner is the chef and came to the table to check all was OK and chat to us. A nice touch. He obviously takes care to produce a delicious meal for his customers. We will certainly be back. Thank you to all at A Montes.

I am coeli... read more We visited A.montes on 2 occasions for dinner, first on our own and the second time with friends and all our meals were well presented and delicious. I am coeliac and therefore cannot eat wheat or gluten. This was not a problem for chef who catered for my needs and produced a superb meal on both evenings. I was even given a beautiful prawn salad to tempt my tastebuds whilst waiting for my meal to be cooked. We also called in for drinks and once again were looked after by staff who are proactive in customer care. A warm welcome and a smile as you enter and a chef who comes and makes sure everything is ok and a thank you as you leave. We had a lovely evening and thank you for looking after us. We will be back.
