We were six people going to Al’Kawa Sushi Bar in Alcochete. One ordered kids hamburger and others sushi. Sushi was good but the hamburger was cold. When mentioning about it to the waiter he asked someone else to discuss about it and he shaked his head. It feels that customers are always wrong. Why not listen and improve the product.
