I'm visiting Akaroa on holiday from Sydney, Australia. The venue was very good, and the service was excellent. My meal arrived very quickly, and the staff member who served me was friendly and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this venue based on tonight's experience. Service: 5
Had dinner here with the family. Great pub food: I tried the Mads Burger which had two very tasty quality patties, sourced I believe, from the local butcher's. My wife had the vegetarian Kumara pasta which I'm told was delicious! Friendly staff! We were glad we went here rather than some of the overpriced and underwhelming looking eateries on beach road! Would come here again anytime. Service: 5

Wonderful evening meal. 1. House Salad 2. Seared salmon filet 3. Chocolate brownie Very well prepared, presented, and timed meal. Very fresh vegetables served with a perfectly seared well portioned filet of salmon. Chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream, cream, and strawberry drizzle is a must. Service: 5
