Four of us shared a table at Vogue restaurant in Agde centre, and were very pleased with our meal, as well as the comfortable restaurant interior. It was a Friday evening in early September, and we were surprised at how few diners there were. Too bad for all those folk who went elsewhere. We chose dishes from a varied menu, rather than from the carte, but there was plenty to choose from and all four of us had at least one different course. Everyone was pleased with their dishes, and we all enjoyed a recommended, moderately-priced, local red wine. Several of the dishes were quite original, others were well-executed versions of familiar dishes. Service was helpful but unobtrusive - and quick. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very calm, tables well-separated from one another, and the air con worked. I recommend this restaurant highly, and urge visitors to venture into the old centre of Agde to find the Vogue. It's not obvious - except from the road to Marseillan - but it's only a few hundred metres from the Promenade and town centre. A very nice evening.
