Of course, it’s Subway, so you can’t expect a gourmet sandwich, but the way my sandwich was made was impressive. It wasn’t messy and was prepared exactly to my liking, with just the right amount of sauce and vegetables that didn’t spill out. The employees put in effort to customize each sub for every customer. I observed them preparing sandwiches for others before and after me as well.

Having over 20 years of experience in the restaurant... read more The employee who was preparing my order—a large Black Forest ham sub—had a rather unprofessional demeanor. Having over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including owning my own establishments, I generally have a good sense of portion sizes. I was disappointed when I noticed that the young man used only about 3 ounces of ham for a large sub. The amount was so scant that it didn't even cover the sandwich within two inches of the end of the roll. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he brushed me off, stating that anything more than what he provided would incur an extra charge for what he called a "wish sandwich." At that point, I decided to cancel my order. I've visited this location often and have never experienced such poor service before. I might consider giving it another try, but only if these two young men are not working behind the counter.

We ordered two subs through their online app, but one arrived without any meat or avocado, and the other was missing the premium add-ons we had paid for. Most of our order was simply not included. I attempted to call three times to request a refund, but no one answered. If you choose to order from this restaurant through the app, I strongly advise checking your sandwiches before leaving.
