Unfortunately, there are further points of criticism in addition to the very unbalanced and loveless menu. 1. Waiting time: We had to wait a whole hour for our food, which tested our patience. 2. Portions: The portions were simply outrageous for the high price. They were far too small and did not meet the expected standard in any way. 3. Taste: Unfortunately, the taste of the food couldn't keep up with the standard of a good restaurant. It was more reminiscent of what you would expect in a cafeteria. 4. Salad: I ordered a salad as a main course, but it was only the size of a side salad, which was disappointing. 5. Surf Turf: My Surf Turf for €30 was a big disappointment. I had ordered medium rare, but the steak arrived completely undercooked and cold, making it inedible. Additionally, two huge shrimps were advertised, but there were only two small shrimps on the plate. 6. Onion roast: The onion roast consisted largely of fat and the onions were tough and tasted old. It's a real shame, because the Jungbräu used to be an outstanding inn. There is an urgent need for action to improve quality.

The enthusiasm was huge, the... read more Hello, we come from Thuringia and are on holiday in Abensberg for a few days. For dinner today we chose the Jungbräu Hotel and Inn. The enthusiasm was huge, the staff was very, very friendly and the food can be highly recommended. We chose the dumplings and they were so delicious, the food here is fantastic. We will definitely be back and wish the hotel all the best. Rennebach family Food drinks: A big recommendation Service: 5
