Hé Shí Chǔ　zhào Yè ān - 綾町

I was surprised by this beef stew. The thick meat was cooked until it was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the sauce had a hint of wine flavor. However, because the dish was served on a cold plate, the food cooled down quickly. The Champon we ordered together also quickly cooled down and the fat solidified. If possible, it would have been better if the dishes were plated on warm plates to keep the delicious taste. Therefore, I rate it 4 stars.

Located on the second floor of Ayamachi Shuzen no Mori, this restaurant offers a wide range of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. They also have lunch specials and events that change with the seasons. The restaurant takes proper measures for infection prevention, making it a safe place for diners of all ages, from children to the elderly. The staff were very attentive and we ordered a variety of dishes such as Katsu-don, Aya-don, Hamburg Steak, and Chicken Nanban. The food was delicious and we were very satisfied. The background music of quiet bird chirping and the autumn sounds of cicadas from the window added to the relaxing atmosphere. We had a leisurely meal and enjoyed a tasty lunch. We would love to visit again.

The restaurant took proper measures against COVID-19, so I was able to dine with peace of mind. Currently, they are only serving customers who reside within the prefecture. I recommend trying the limited-time offer of freshly made soba noodles.
