I ordered hitsumabushi, organic eel, and eel ramen. Eating eel in a casual style like a food court was both cheaper and delicious compared to the quality of the eel. I felt a difference in the richness and plumpness between the organic eel and regular eel. Both were delicious, but if you have the chance, I recommend trying the organic eel. As for the ramen created in collaboration with Menya Musashi, the strong "fishiness" of the eel may divide opinions. I visited on a holiday for lunch, and although there were many families, I was able to use the restaurant without much of a wait. There were plates, cups, and chairs for children, making it easy to use. Next door, you can also buy eel kabayaki and shiroyaki as souvenirs, so it might be worth stopping by. It was very delicious.
I stopped by while waiting for the ferry at Shibu-Shibu and tried the famous collaboration between a ramen shop and an eel restaurant, featuring a set of eel ramen and a mini eel rice bowl. When I first sipped the soup, I felt a slight uneasiness with the taste of "e-e-l," but as I continued eating, it started to taste delicious. When I sprinkled some sansho pepper halfway through, the taste and aroma changed, making it even more enjoyable to eat.
During a business trip, I had Hittsumabushi by myself. It was delicious and at a great price. I used it in the early afternoon and appreciated that they are open all day, making it easy to use.
新メニューの「鰻ラーメン」食べに来ました。極細麺にあっさり味のスープで、めちゃ美味しかった! ミニ鰻丼?が付いてます。満足です
