Today, I visited the confectionery shop "Okashi no Ueno" in Soo City. They offer both Japanese and Western sweets, but this time I purchased an assortment and 4 Japanese sweets modeled after Yagoro-don. While Soo City has a variety of specialties, Yagoro-don is definitely a must-have. With these sweets in hand, it will be easy to distinguish them as a souvenir from Soo City. If you ever visit Soo City, I highly recommend stopping by this shop.
I loved the fondue cheese the most, but the strawberry roll cake was also delicious. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly.
