Tried the pizza bread yesterday and it turned out really very good. Crispy on the outside and nice and fluffy on the inside. I also covered it with pieces of garlic, but unfortunately they got a bit dark. So I will work them into the dough next time. Great recipe, thank you LG martele

I... read more I make my pizza bread in a similar way. However, I pierce the dough with a fork so that it stays flat and, as Martele already wrote, I also put garlic on it. I mix the garlic with the salt, then sprinkle the bread and finally the oregano on top. It's really delicious! LG Wiebke
