We're big fans of Indian cuisine and this dish is our favorite when we go out to eat. Unfortunately, I haven't found a good recipe yet. We just ate it and we love it! This is now being cooked regularly. I think it is also a good way to experiment and try it out differently, e.g. with chilli and almond slivers. Many thanks also to the Indian chef!

And I had... read more Just tried the Malai Kofta and found it very tasty. However, I made double the amount with the single amount of spices. It was still seasoned enough. And I had the problem that the balls in the sauce got mushy and disintegrated very quickly. Should I have fried them longer? (Before that they were nice and tight.) Greetings, Brasina
