Hello Kögi, thanks to your very good recipe, we had a wonderfully tasty meal. The squid was so tender ... hmmmmmmmm, yummy. We had the oven variant, highly recommended. A tip from me would be to buy the hot peppers from the stand and try them beforehand. Ours were a bit very spicy, I'll do it that way next time. LG Birgit

I got full marks! Very easy to prepare and very tasty. I used frozen fish and the mild hot peppers, I agree with the oven grill as well as with the fish chillies, mine grow in the winter garden. Instead of sheep's cheese, I gave brine cheese; made from cow's milk. Seasoned with sea salt and fresh lemon pepper. The next time definitely with sheep's cheese and the fresh chillies Thank you Kögi for the recipe!

Unfortunately, our large tubes were a bit rubbery. Do you also have to use the aluminum foil in the oven
