Hallo I have another question about tortilla teig in the recipe is 280 g flour and 300 ml water and in the video speaks carsten dohrs of a part flour and 3 share water (that would be 840 ml water) that both come to me strangely when I look the teig in the video (may be 280g flour and 100 ml water)? many greetings klaus123

What is guacomole? otherwise the water in my mouth is coming together.

So, sorry - found it at wikipedia and introduce it here if that is allowed: guacamole is an avocado dip from the Mexican kitchen. there it is eaten for example to taquitos, tortilla chips or as a supplement to meat. the word “Guacamole” comes from the Nahuatl word “ahuacamolli”, which means as much as “avocadosauce”. guacamole consists of crushed or spiced fruit meat ripe avocados, lemon or lime juice and sometimes tomato pieces. the acid of citrus fruits prevents oxidation which, as in the case of the apple, would cause an undesired brown coloration. the dip is also seasoned with salt and pepper, as well as swash, green chilis and fresh corianderwort. an addition of milk products such as sour cream or crème fraîche is unknown in mexiko.
