I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! I went through the drive-thru and paid at 1:46, but I didn’t receive my order until 2:23, all for just four chicken tenders and a small fry. This place is the worst, and I won't be coming back. Additionally, the staff were playing inappropriate music, which only made the situation more frustrating. This restaurant isn't worth anyone's money! View all feedback.
The cashier was courteous, and the food was satisfactory. Unfortunately, the restrooms were in poor condition; they were dirty and appeared as though they hadn't been cleaned in months.
I waited 20 minutes to get service, and when our chicken eventually arrived, it was cold and soggy. It left us feeling that KFC may not be worth the visit anymore. The quality of the food just isn't what it used to be.
This is the best KFC meal I've enjoyed in a long while. Everything was delicious! The only downside was the cookies, which were a bit tough.
The drive-thru customer service was excellent, but the food was terrible. The coleslaw was watery, the chicken tasted old, and the biscuit was as hard as a rock—I wouldn’t even give it to my dogs. The Colonel would be disappointed.
I ordered an 8-piece meal through the drive-thru. When I got home, I realized they forgot to include our biscuits, and the bucket only had 2 breasts, 1 wing, and 4 legs. I called the manager, but he just hung up on me. Honestly, they should just demolish that building.
