My wife and I arrived at the restaurant on Thursday night at 6:15. The casino appeared to be closed due to a power outage, which we were not aware of. We waited in line for 45 minutes without any communication from casino staff about when or if they would be opening. I enjoy coming to this casino. The staff is friendly, the machines are fun, and they are taking extra cleaning measures.
There enough that it feels like home.lol very nice workers . The waitresses are nice and the people doing the promos are too. I love going and highly recommend it to wanting a fun gambling experience. The food is good too and the workers are friendly.

I left a message for the general manager but have not heard back. At this time, I would not recommend Hollywood Casino. Instead, I plan to visit MGM in Cleveland or Mountaineer Casino and resort. Although Hollywood is conveniently located near my home in New Middletown, Ohio, I will not return if they continue to be unprofessional.
