We waited... read more My wife and I arrived at the restaurant on Thursday night at 6:15. The casino appeared to be closed due to a power outage, which we were not aware of. We waited in line for 45 minutes without any communication from casino staff about when or if they would be opening. When I called the casino the next morning to express my frustration, I was hung up on by a customer service representative, which was very unprofessional. I left a message for the general manager but have not heard back. At this time, I would not recommend Hollywood Casino. Instead, I plan to visit MGM in Cleveland or Mountaineer Casino and resort. Although Hollywood is conveniently located near my home in New Middletown, Ohio, I will not return if they continue to be unprofessional.
