**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Delights and Disappointments** This local eatery serves delicious food, particularly its famed buffalo wings and crispy chicken tenders, earning acclaim for its delightful flavors and family-friendly atmosphere. However, the service leaves much to be desired, with patrons reporting long waits and unresponsive staff. While the venue offers engaging activities like music bingo on Thursdays, the inconsistent service and occasional food quality issues—such as overly oily wings—dampen the dining experience. Though many return for the tasty offerings, a notable number of customers express frustration with the overall management, raising concerns about its reliability as a go-to dining spot.
Firstly, I?ll say I?ve always enjoyed the food here. Now, Getting someone to wait on you is the issue. I don?t leave negative reviews, but I just walked into the restaurant at 5pm on Sunday evening with only 2 other customers in the whole place. Therewere 7-8 staff members behind the counter at the front, and for over 10 minutes my family sat there waiting to be acknowledged.Not one person came up to us to take our drink order, or tell us someone would be with us shortly, or even make eye contact withus?absolutely nothing. So we walked out? still hungry. Disappointing and we probably won?t be back. Do better.
We haven?t lived in York long, but I?ll tell you we LOVE this restaurant. You can ask for extra Krispy fries, the sauces are great! We did hear something like if a customer tips on the credit or debit card, it?s taken out of the servers per hour. Ihope that?s not true. We?ve had great experiences here. They even have music bingo on Thursdays. Very much a family restaurant.
I really enjoy coming here. The food is so good , staff is great. I do wish on the wraps they could offer spinach tortillas. Other than that. I give this place a 5 star rating. Food to me in my opinion is EXCELLENT
The food is consistently good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I stood at the counter waiting for my online pickup order for about three minutes, and despite making eye contact with the staff member, she ignored me and continued chatting with other customers. After waiting long enough, I decided to grab my food and leave, and only then did she shout to check if I had a pickup order. It was quite frustrating. I believe her name was Raven, based on my receipt, and she had blonde hair.
The waitress was very friendly. The food was tasty, but it arrived cold. We ordered chicken fingers and one person had fried shrimp, while the child had a grilled cheese, which was pretty standard. Since it was a birthday dinner, we lingered to chat, and the staff was perfectly fine with it. We'll definitely come back, as we usually love their food.
