Fantastic food accompanied by excellent service and a stunning view. I haven't sampled their drinks yet, but the three-course lunch is absolutely delightful. If you're looking to try something new, the Chicken Liver Mousseline is a unique and delicious appetizer.
The food is quite good and the service is exceptional. The views are stunning, making it a wonderful experience to enjoy fine dining by the waterfront. However, there are limited options for vegans and vegetarians, as the best selections on the menu primarily feature meat or fish.
Everything about x2o was fantastic! The food was delightful, the service was exceptional, and the staff was knowledgeable about the menu. The views were romantic and elegant as well. I also appreciated the valet parking available outside since street parking in Yonkers can be quite a hassle! I can't wait to return in the summer to enjoy the stunning water views from their balcony! As for vegetarian options, there were typically 1-2 choices available for each course, such as appetizers and entrées.
I had a 6:00 reservation but arrived about 40 minutes early due to light traffic on a Sunday. We ordered an aged ribeye for two, which came with scalloped potatoes and creamed spinach. The steak was cooked to perfection and was presented to us at our table before slicing. The appetizers were fantastic, featuring an octopus and papaya salad that stood out. For dessert, we enjoyed an incredible crème brûlée, which I always appreciate and love. The service was quite good, especially as the waitstaff got settled in. It seems the Sunday brunch ran late, making it a bit tricky to turn over the dining room, but after about an hour, everything flowed smoothly as they adapted well. The view from the dining room is stunning—definitely worth the trip!
The view of the riverfront is quite pleasant. The service was outstanding, and the food was excellent with generous portion sizes.
