I absolutely adored this fish and chip shop! The battered red emperor was cooked to perfection, the crumbed fish was excellent, and the squid was simply delightful. As a chip enthusiast, I have a special appreciation for a crunchy exterior paired with a soft, fully cooked, and fluffy interior. Seagulls hit the mark perfectly today, providing that without any greasy aftertaste, which made me very happy. We also ordered two burgers and two potato scallops, and we enjoyed every bite. I was particularly impressed that I could get the fish burger grilled. All of this for just $35—an incredible deal!
By far the best takeaway in town. If you're staying in the center of Yeppoon, this spot is a must-visit for fish and chips by the beach. With a crispy batter and generous portion of chips, it makes for a fantastic meal.
Yeppoon has lost there touch with a family feed of chips and 2 peices of fish. Seagulls have lifted there game last few mths and was happy to return .. there were for them 24 chips for $7 so thats a bonus gone the good feed under 40
