While many patrons praise the palate-pleasing treats, encounters with impatient staff can dampen the experience. While the donuts were absolutely delicious, the service from the staff was quite rude. I felt rushed to make my order, and when I asked about a specific filling, the cashier impatiently directed me to a sign on the counter instead of providing a clear answer.
The staff were unfriendly, there were several mistakes with our order, and I wouldn’t choose to eat here even if it were the only restaurant option.
If you're in a rush, I wouldn't recommend coming here. The service is very slow and lacking. It took 20 minutes to get our bagel sandwiches, while several customers who ordered after us received their drinks and food. To make matters worse, another customer mistakenly took our bag, and the staff didn’t say a word as we waited and had to ask about our order. I won’t be returning to this place.
The coffee here is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly! They offer service at an impressive speed. The restaurant is situated in an office park, which can make it a little tricky to find, but that's really not a drawback for them!
I would not recommend using your Dunkin rewards at this location. A staff member named "Mack" outright lied, claiming that the rewards couldn't be redeemed. He insisted that we pay first, stating that the discount would be applied later, even though everyone else was wearing shirts promoting Dunkin rewards. Mack was disrespectful and did nothing to resolve the situation; instead, he spoke down to us and charged us full price.
