Was Anonym at Wills Domain a mag?
We also shared a pork belly with grilled baby gem, boudin noir and rhubarb chutney $39). The pork belly at Wills Domain was done perfectly. It was so juicy and tender, finished with a crispy skin on top. The rhubarb chutney added a hint of sweetness to the pork belly. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Wills Domain:
beautiful weingut and the cellar door facing the lush margs river hill was a plus. what better way to taste a good wein? for lunch and the option al a carte selected. extremely disappointed. while the service was impeccable, eating itself is not worthy of 16.5 points and 2 guards. the entrees were of high standard to love the use of local products. we had the king and the potato skins with marron. Both were top notch... View all feedback.
We last are It was the main 18 months ago, unfortunately they have slipped since our last Dinning experience Whilst the service remains Sharp the execution from the kitchen was hit and miss The first big point off was not having the lamb shoulder, which was on the menu. A signature dish that the kitchen simply failed to have a par stock of So disappointing when we ordered the pork char sui and the lamb rump, Both of which were over seasoned and poorly cooked , Similarly the side of potato gems was mouth puckering salted leaving one gasping for water Again disappointingly the cheese we ordered was out of stock… Deserts were so soon but for 20 bucks you expect more. Overall super disappointing would never go back Having eaten at Amelia Park recently it is foreign beyond better quality and execution from the kitchen

Before I make a start about the food, I must comment on the absolutely stunning scenery that was right infront of us as we dined here. The picturesque vines all neatly lined up on beautiful lush green hills was a sight to behold. Fortunately the food was excellent as well, with our course meal give us palate stimulating dishes. We were a bit disappointed with the wait though, waiting anywhere from 30-40 minutes per meal.
- Entree: Quail undercooked (some parts were still raw, which we informed the staff about) - Entree: Haifischbuch prawns, which were delicious - Entree: Hiramasa kingfish, fresh but bland (the sauce lacked flavor) - Main: Wagyu steak (good) - Main: Glazed probably duck (very tasty) Overall, while the ambiance and service were top-notch, the food did not meet our expectations.
The entrees, featuring local ingredients, were of high quality. We ordered the king and potato skins with marron, both of which were excellent. Unfortunately, the main courses were lacking in creativity. The dish containing the bark in black bean sauce was particularly disappointing, and the fish in soy sauce was also underwhelming. This style of cooking, commonly used by some Chinese cuisines, generally focuses on stir-frying, which doesn't necessarily lead to a high-quality meat dish. Overall, the meal fell short of expectations.
