I arrived at the restaurant with only two hours left until closing, hoping to order chicken. Although it took a bit of time to get my food, the chicken eventually came out, even if it wasn't exactly what I had wanted. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3. View all feedback.
My experience with KFC was extremely disappointing. I placed an order through the app, only to arrive at the restaurant and find out they didn't have several items I had ordered. When I raised my concerns with the representative, they offered zero assistance or solutions, simply directing me to contact the app for a refund. This lack of compassion and willingness to resolve the situation left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. As someone who is tech-savvy, I understand the process of seeking a refund, but the dismissive attitude towards my inconvenience was unacceptable. Sadly, this experience has led me to reconsider giving KFC my business in the future.
No White Meat! It's 12:30pm and I pulled in here for a snack and the drive through server stated that they were out of white meat. Really!! Nostalgia is the only thing that keeps me going back to KFC but it's quickly wearing off. I politely thanked the young lady and pulled off.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! What started out as a quick fix to a craving for mashed potatoes turned into an absolute nightmare of an experience. They got my order wrong...gravy was missing from my mash and GRAVY. Customers before and after me were requesting refunds. Customers that were waiting in the drive thru line walked inside the restaurant to get their refunds! The employees were incompetent which made sense because the manager was even worse. When the manager was told that there were requests for refunds she screamed loudly OMG instead of coming to the front, apologizing for the wait and really addressing the situation. This whole incident was so crazy it didn 't feel real. Stay away from this place. At all costs.
Waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes before I left. When I pulled out the employee was casually having a conversation with someone standing at the window.
Love the location, I might have to stop messing with KFC...way too expensive these days. I can get a cheaper meal at Applebee's
