Was 昇 at Bái Huà a mag?
The ginger pork set was 800 yen. The taste was delicious and I think it's good value for money. The rice was tasty and cooked slightly firm, which I personally liked. Every time I passed by, I was curious about this restaurant, and when I finally gathered the courage to walk through the door, I felt like I had slipped back into the Showa era. The menu covering an entire wall seemed to have been the same for years, with prices that may not have changed for a long time. I ordered the Katayaki soba for 650 yen. A huge bowl was brought to me, with crispy noodles and plenty of sauce that made it clear that finishing the meal without determination would be difficult due to the abundant volume. The taste was delicious and definitely met my expectations. I entered the restaurant around 12 o'clock on a Saturday and noticed that there were a lot of men dining there, mostly for their work lunches. It was evident that the restaurant was beloved by regular customers, as the two men in their late 60s seated next to me were served draft beers without even ordering, showing the care and attention given to the regulars.
I hesitated a bit to enter, but decided to give it a try as the reviews were good. I had the large portion of pork cutlet curry and the Spicy Stamina Ramen in a mortar bowl. Despite rumors of it being dirty, the interior of the restaurant didn't bother me much. The taste and portion size were satisfying. The waitress and the owner were also very kind.
