If you are in Wolfsburg and like Sushi ... this is the place to go. Nice lunch prices and the best Sushi and a few other dishes. Nice service and you even could sit outside. I go there all the time !
A quite good quality Japanese, certainly not the best but better than many suburban japanese I have eaten at. They have an outside terrace and standard offerings of sushi, sashimi etc. portions were a little rice heavy. Staff were attentive
You are in Wolfsburg, not in Tokyo or Osaka. So do not expect the traditional japanese experience. But sit down and just relaxe. Here you will get the best offer of sushi/sashimi in town. The service to quick, the prices are reasonable and on a nice summer evening you can sit outside. For sure we will be back. The only way to be more satisfied? Go down to the railway station and jump on the ICE to Berlin, because that's the place Suhsi Berlin comes from and is running another sushi bar. . .
Besides standard sushi also special sushi and bowls. The Poke Bowl with Saitan is the most delicious. It is with rice, fresh vegetables and picnic sauce. (EDIT: Sauce is not vegan! Updated by previous rating on 2022-10-14
There is finally a map with explicitly vegan options, sushi and ramen. The quality of food is very good.
