Popped in for lunch passing through Witney. GREAT ambiance, couldn’t fault the friendly and efficient staff/service and it was BUSY! Food was really delicious and well presented and the waitress smiled through the rush. Need to sample more from the menu, highly recommended!! View all feedback.
I visited for drinks and lunch on New Year's Day, and I was very pleased with the variety of drinks and meals available. My only critique is regarding the portion sizes; I would gladly pay the same price for a smaller portion, as I couldn't finish my meal. It was a shame because everything was absolutely amazing. Thank you, and keep up the good work!
This is a fantastic pub with a lovely beer garden! They offer an excellent variety of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails. The selection of pub food is equally impressive, perfectly complementing the drinks. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel right at home.
Delicious! The food was excellent, and the service was quick. The portion sizes varied depending on the dish—my partner ordered the buttermilk chicken, which was piled high, while I had the shattered chicken, which was noticeably smaller. However, the quality of the food was outstanding, and the children's menu and portion sizes were impressive as well. The interior was well-maintained, and the tables were spaced apart, making it feel very COVID-safe.
We ate there this afternoon 4 of us) for the first time and were not disappointed at all. the double burger my hubby had was amazing and my steak was beautiful. I think it's a little jewel. eating was nice and hot, which is always a bonus! the personal was friendly....Very inexpensive delicious food. only at the bottom they had no fish chips
Nice, but half my burger is missing. Update. They sorted the food out and the food was lovely and service was lovely, would definitely recommend
