In a recent review of a local restaurant, the feedback has been predominantly negative, highlighting issues with customer service, food quality, and order accuracy. This restaurant review is extremely negative. The two women working behind the counter need to improve their customer service skills instead of focusing on their fake tan. The chips were bland and undercooked, and the sausage tasted old. It took nearly 15 minutes to receive food that was already prepared, and to make matters worse, a large man came out and touched the food with unwashed hands, distracting the staff. I will not be returning to this restaurant, and I would caution others to avoid it if they are looking for good and safe food.
I ordered the chicken chow mein and was disappointed to find that it did not contain any vegetables like mushrooms, water chestnuts, carrots, broccoli, or onions. It was basically just a plate of noodles and bean sprouts. I do not think it was worth the price of £8.50 and I will not be going back to this restaurant again.
I am extremely frustrated and will not be using Hungrys again. My food arrived late and was inedible. Some of my items were damaged and the curry containers had spilled all over the bag. There were missing items and incorrect food items in my order. The food I did receive was of poor quality and some containers were only half full. I tried calling the restaurant six times with no answer, and even went to their shop in person with no response. There was no refund or apology offered. This company is terrible and I will not be using their services again. I have posted photos of the issues as proof and have shared my experience to warn others.
Awful customer service, the young female who worked there spoke to me and looked at me in the most disgusting manner. They’ve raised the prices on the menu yet the menu still has the old prices on. The CHEESE OMELETTE should be just that, but when I arrived home there was onions on it, to which I’m intolerant. Straight in the bin. Ps you should go easy on the sun beds love your face looks like a leather football.
Not usual standard. think there might be new management. won’t be going back in a hurry. such a shame as used to be so good. went in the bin
