Description
At this local eatery, diners report a mix of experiences. While the food is generally delicious and the service attentive, patrons express disappointment over the limited vegetarian options and steep prices, particularly for lobster dishes. An $11 house salad with minimal vegetables and lobster items ranging from $40 to $60 raised eyebrows, with some comparing the food quality unfavorably to fast-food chains. The atmosphere remains tranquil, yet the overarching sentiment suggests that unless you’re prepared for high costs without corresponding quality, it may be wiser to seek alternatives for a memorable dining experience.

The food was delicious and the service was friendly, but be sure to inquire about the market price of the items listed on the menu. We were surprised to find out that the lobster roll was $40 and the peeled lobster dinner was $60. We felt that the prices were too high for the quality of the lobster. Overall, it would have been a 5-star experience if the lobster dishes were not so overpriced.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered the lobster ravioli and calamari sandwich with aioli. As a resident of Maine, I expect nothing less than fresh seafood from a restaurant located by the sea. However, the food here tasted bland and the prices were high. Unless you enjoy the flavor of cardboard, I recommend avoiding this place.
The staff was friendly, but the food was overpriced and not very good. The seafood seemed frozen and lacked flavor. It was a disappointing meal overall. I will not be returning and do not recommend this restaurant.
This menu is wrong. we went with a lot of anticipation, only to no vegetarian or vegan options except a house garden salat consisting of a handful of greens with a few tired vegetables up, for $11! very disappointed.
