The Subway Club and Black Forest Ham were good, but my Outlaw sandwich is never toasted. It's frustrating, and it feels like you don't care about my order. This always seems to happen with my sandwich.

I was disappointed with my experience at My Bmt. The bread was underproof, and the portion sizes were quite small. I had ordered the deluxe.

WARNING: IF you use your credit card, they automatically charge you a 20% TIP that is not asked on the card reader, and no way to cancel it. Why would I tip for an $11 foot long that took 30 seconds to make. Common scam! Sandwich was fine I guess.
