After reading reviews for Meimo, we decided to try out this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. Despite it being quite empty, we enjoyed the friendly and professional service. The food was piping hot and meticulously prepared, with small plates and main meals receiving high praise. The lamb chops and chicken livers were particularly noted for their deliciousness. The owner always greets guests warmly and provides excellent service. A party of 14 had a great experience, enjoying a Moroccan meal in a fantastic atmosphere. One reviewer noted that the pastilla appetizer was fine but not outstanding, with the lamb shank tagine stealing the show. The chicken couscous and Meimo brochette were also delicious, and the portions were more than sufficient for 4 hungry adults. Prices were reasonable, and a service charge is typical in English restaurants. Overall, Meimo received high marks and is highly recommended for those looking for quality Moroccan cuisine in Windsor.

Wonderful! We had a fabulous evening. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff and owner were all so incredibly friendly they made it the enjoyable experience it was. They even gave us some mint tea after the meal which was super tasty. If I lived in Windsor this would be one of my regular haunts. For sure when I am next in the area I will be booking again. The food was very basic and lacked flavour, every bite felt like there was so much missing not vibrant or bursting with rich flavour which was a shame. I felt for the price it was not worth it. We went for Mother’s Day and the service was great but the food let the experience down. View all feedback.

Amazing food and service, this was my second time visiting Windsor and going to Meimo. It was even better than the first time! Both times I visited, it was quite packed, the staff provide excellent food and exceptional service, especially from the waiter Ayoub, who looked after us and provided amazing service whilst being very busy. You don’t get food as good as this in America. The mix grill and lamb chops was the best food we had during our trip, thanks to the staff of Meimo, we will definitely be coming back again!
