The restaurant is clean and has a spacious layout. The staff is quick and efficient. However, one of the ordering machines is currently out of service. Be prepared for some wait time due to the high volume of delivery orders, as there are many delivery vehicles and drivers around, despite the pleasant atmosphere. View all feedback.

KFC should be consistent throughout and wherever u buy! Not here! Cold soggy chips. Rock hard batter coating in chicken. Like warm gravy. Clearly standards have dropped here. Shame. View all feedback.
The service at this restaurant was fantastic. Shah was incredibly friendly when taking our order and was very efficient in preparing and serving our food.
The food was not cooked properly and the staff insisted that it was a marinade inside the chicken. There was no explanation and no one available to address the issue.
My husband popped in for something warm to eat and drink on a very very cold day at lunchtime and was shocked to find that KFC are no longer providing hot drinks. It was freezing outside.
I was surprised to see that none of the kitchen staff were wearing hair and beard nets. They were handling food with their hands and then touching screens and other surfaces with the same hands. There was a lack of organization and it was clear that the staff were in need of training and discipline. It's a shame that such a big brand has such poor representatives.
Popped in for lunch yesterday. Staff behind the counter were pretty disinterested and not particularly friendly or welcoming. Ordered a Zinger meal and a cookie. The burger was lukewarm (even though I ate inside) and to add insult to injury, one third of my cookie was missing!
