As a person wh... read more The Loop Cafe is a pleasantly surprising hidden gem in the Windermere area. The customer service I received while here surpassed my expectations. As a person who has a multitude of food sensitivities it is hard to enjoy most dining experiences. Upon ordering the acai bowl, I asked if it could be made without several items due to food sensitivities allergies. I was assured the item would be made according to my request, I wasn't upcharged for item deletions and when my order was served it looked just as great as the menu described. I didn't feel like I was missing out on items I deleted.In addition to great customer service and a wonderful dining experience, both the outdoor area and the indoor shop were crisp and clean. Including the restrooms.The Loop is much more than a local coffee shop. It is a serene place to enjoy time with family and/or friends while enjoying a healthy bite to eat.I would highly recommend The Loop!
