I really enjoy this restaurant, though my husband finds it a bit dreary. I believe this is an issue across the chain, as the overall atmosphere feels quite dated and needs improvement. The food is always outstanding! I've had a fantastic experience with every server I've met over the past year.
I visited this restaurant for the first time in about 5 or 6 years, and I was very impressed! The steak was cooked to perfection, and the salad bar was wonderfully chilled and well-stocked. On top of that, we received excellent service. Cassidy made sure our glasses were never less than half full and was very polite. I will definitely be adding this place back to our list of regular restaurants!
The food was excellent, and the restaurant was very clean. Our waitress, Kayla, provided outstanding service. The only issue I encountered was that I struggled to reach the light ranch dressing at the salad bar—guess I just have short arms! Aside from that, the service was top-notch. It was definitely worth the drive from Rocky Mount.
In my opinion, employees are what truly define a business. While it can be challenging to find the perfect staff, this restaurant excels at making customers feel welcome and valued. I usually stop by for lunch, and I always leave satisfied. The food is excellent, and the service is outstanding. The bathroom is clean and odor-free, which is something everyone appreciates; it shouldn't be an unpleasant experience. Overall, I had a great visit!
