We came here for lunch and opted for the beverage pairing with the set menu. The pairing included a selection of sake and locally-sourced wines. The Chicken Liver Parfait was one of our standout dishes, as well as the Somen. Serving sizes, in general, were quite small. We appreciated the carefully-curated playlist and minimalist fitout — however, the dining chairs were uncomfortable, especially for a three-hour sitting. Service: Dine in
