I don't eat out often. But when I do I want my food to be prepared the way I ask. Without having to feel like I'm asking for too much. My first visit to this KFC was great. I asked for fresh fries and received fresh fries. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. My 2nd and last visit to this KFC was not okay. I asked for fresh fries. The lady that was taking my order was actually frustrated because I asked for my fries to be fresh? I thought to myself, no you're just overthinking as I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for my food. Upon getting my food I was disappointed. My fries were not fresh. Fresh fries were mixed with old fries. Some of the fries were hard and stale. I was given extra tenders but some were hard and stale as well. Unacceptable. Thank you for the polite customer service provided by the young man who brought my food out to me. But I will not be returning to this KFC fast food establishment. You can't have people working for you who would do things like this to your customers. Bad business ethics. Thank you and have a nice day.
I just went tho drive thu and it just looks like they threw the lid on everything not making sure it was secured. Hot gravy all over my gf. SMH never again.
Order two eight pieces one original one extra kiss me they messed that up then I come to find out they give me five pieces that are smaller than anything they're small Wings the size of a small cupcake very disappointed had to drive 30 miles that way and 30 miles home to find out
I've been to this restaurant a few times over the past two months, and each time they've forgotten one or more items that I had already paid for. It's really frustrating to feel like I'm being charged for food that I'm not actually receiving. It's disheartening that this issue keeps occurring.
The food was outstanding, but the prices were a bit high! I ended up spending a little more than I had intended, but I will definitely come back when they have special offers. The service was excellent!
