Great BBQ, easily the best in the area, with generous portions. I'm definitely interested in trying more items from the menu. The brisket was a bit fattier than usual, but the dishes I sampled had good flavor overall.
We were disappointed with our experience at Pit 105, especially considering the $54 price. My salad was served on a paper tray typically used for hot dogs at convenience stores, not even on a proper plate. Our appetizer arrived at the same time as our main courses, and to make matters worse, there was a hair in my fries. My sandwich was soggy overall. Just a letdown, especially given the restaurant’s menu.
If you’re in Williston, ND, or a local who hasn’t visited this restaurant yet, you’re definitely missing out! The food is incredible, with the pulled pork being especially phenomenal.
