At this busy roadside spot customers praise lightning-fast, friendly counter service—often from one hardworking young employee—and reliably quick iced coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The atmosphere is casual and bustling at lunchtime, with popular donuts sometimes selling out. Downsides include rising prices and ordinary bagels compared with nearby artisanal competitors, so bargain hunters or bagel purists may prefer alternatives.
This morning, I was short on time because I was working with a young person who appeared to be training. As I took a sip of my coffee, the staff quickly noticed me, found out what I needed, and brought my coffee in record time. They were friendly and provided excellent customer service. Overall, a great experience!
This place was great! The boy behind the counter worked alone for opponents, coffee and sandwiches. He killed it absolutely. This boy deserves a raise or something because he did his butt to serve his customers all by himself.

I can't believe that a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a plain bagel costs nearly $6! It's been quite a while since my last visit, and I doubt I’ll be returning. To be honest, this isn’t a high-end bagel shop. Just down the road, you can find Green Mountain Bagels, where you can get the same sandwich for a lower price or about the same, and that place actually serves great bagels. I only came here because my 8-year-old wanted a sandwich from this spot. Otherwise, I would have preferred to spend my money elsewhere. I used to enjoy Dunkin’ sandwiches because they were always reasonably priced, but that's no longer the case. If you're thinking about visiting this location, I suggest heading just a minute down the road to GMB instead. I've never been a huge fan of Dunkin’, but I at least appreciated their decent food at fair prices. It’s really disappointing to see these prices rising so quickly.
It was a warm day, so I opted for some iced coffee. To my surprise, it was ready before I even had the opportunity to pay! The service was exceptionally quick, and the staff was very friendly.
