This local buffet restaurant offers a range of dining options, from a Mongolian grill to a rotating sushi bar and hibachi grill. While many guests appreciate the fresh and well-cooked meals, particularly the grilled selections, concerns have been raised about food quality and cleanliness. Some diners experienced disappointment with processed flavors and unappetizing presentations, while others reported unsettling encounters. Nevertheless, the establishment's attentive staff and reasonable prices have garnered praise from loyal visitors, making it a go-to spot for celebrations and family gatherings. With improvements in signage and food quality, it has the potential to shine brighter.
Average. I?m been eating at Peking since 1988 even before it moved from one corner of the strip mall to the larger side. Sadly it seems like the quality continues to decrease. Pre-buffet days this place had the absolute greatest General Tso?s chicken. Weused to say that they laced it with opium because we all wanted to return the next day! The General on the buffet has a weirdtaste. The sushi was fine. Some of the food wasn?t hot. Maybe they let the sterno heaters burn out ? . It filled us up ? won?trush back next time I?m in the ?burg, though.
I take my mother to this place as often as possible, sometimes every other day. We mainly get Mongolian grill. It's perfect, I honestly can't think of a single complaint. Fresh meat and veggies, you season your food as you want and it's grilled right infront of you. The buffet is plentiful with delicious foods. The grill cooks are great, the service is impeccable and therestaurant is very clean. The prices are very reasonable and that's saying a lot these days! I understand why all the awards.I'm a regular here and will remain always.
Kids loved the food. Great presentation and great service. I was so excited to see pad Thai, Thai eggplant, etc. However these dishes were not flavored the way we like them. It was quite pricey as well at about 16.95 per adult for dinner and 10.95per adult for lunch. Kids under 10 were approx $5 less.
Very good buffet restaurant. The server was especially thoughtful and what she did for my son was very kind. I had 3 plates today which is highly unusual for me.. very nice and clean too. I really liked it. I will be going back. Update: I went toPeking restaurant again and tried the hibachi grill. Absolutely awesome. I'm adding two more pics; One of the food and one ofthe hibachi grill which is now my favorite option here.
